Appliance Grades Explained
At KC Appliance Outlet, all of our appliances are brand new and fully functional. The grade simply reflects the cosmetic condition of the item and helps explain the discounted price:

A Grade: Brand new and in perfect or near-perfect condition — just like what you’d find at major appliance retailers.

B Grade: New with minor cosmetic blemishes, such as a small scratch or dent that doesn’t affect performance.

C Grade: New with more noticeable cosmetic imperfections, but still works perfectly and includes full functionality guarantees.
If a product is listed for sale and no grade is defined, it is a new item in standard retail condition.
Not all of our B and C Grade inventory is listed online, so stop by our showroom for even more great deals.
If you purchase a B or C Grade appliance online for shipping or delivery, our team will contact you with photos of the exact item we intend to ship to ensure you’re completely satisfied before it leaves our warehouse.
