Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

Our proven carriers offer insurance and tracking (UPS, FedEx, and USPS). All shipment times are shown on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times are subject to each carrier's daily cut-off time, and dependent upon warehouse turnaround.

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 1-5 business days.

Freight (LTL) Delivery

We utilize a variety of LTL carrier options, and as a result, not all deliveries are the same. To accommodate this, and prepare you for delivery acceptance, you will receive a tracking email with links to instructions for each delivery.

For all LTL shipments our team will send you a waiver of liability from the company. We assure all products are in good working order and send photos of any cosmetic damage prior to shipping. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated by weight, dimension and distance. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Shipping Locations

We ship to U.S. destinations.

Shipping & Delivery Concerns

If a product arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist with a claim or replacement.
