What kind of appliances do you sell?

We specialize in discounted name-brand appliances, including refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and more. Our inventory features scratch-and-dent, overstock, and open-box appliances at deeply discounted prices—often hundreds less than big-box stores.

Are your appliances new?

Yes—everything we sell is new in function. Some units may have minor cosmetic blemishes from shipping or warehouse handling, but they come fully tested and backed by warranty options.

Why are your prices so low?

We buy truckloads of overstock, discontinued, scratch-and-dent, and open-box appliances directly from major manufacturers. That allows us to pass massive savings on to our customers.


Product Grades & Conditions

What do A-Grade, B-Grade, and C-Grade mean?

We use a simple grade system to help you understand the cosmetic condition:

A Grade: Brand new and in perfect or near-perfect condition — just like what you’d find at major appliance retailers.

B Grade: New with minor cosmetic blemishes, such as a small scratch or dent that doesn’t affect performance.

C Grade: New with more noticeable cosmetic imperfections, but still works perfectly and includes full functionality guarantees.

Do all grades work the same?

Yes! Grades only reflect cosmetic condition. Functionality is the same across all units unless otherwise noted.


Shopping & Inventory

Do you have everything listed online?

Our online inventory is updated regularly, but because we sell fast, some items move quickly. If you see something you want, we recommend calling or stopping in ASAP.

Can I reserve an appliance?

Due to high turnover, we cannot hold items without a paid deposit. Once you pay a deposit, we can place the appliance on hold until pickup or delivery.

Can I see the appliance in person?

Absolutely! We encourage customers to visit our warehouse so you can inspect the exact unit you're buying.

When ordering online, we can provide pictures of the actual item(s) that will be shipped for you to review before we ship them.


Payment & Financing

Do you offer financing?

Yes! We have flexible financing options for all credit types, including no-credit-needed programs. Ask our team for details at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card, cash, and financing partners.


Pickup, Delivery & Installation

Do you deliver?

Yes—fast local delivery is available. We use third-party delivery services. Rates vary based on distance and type of appliance.

Can I pick up the same day?

Yes, if you have a vehicle that can safely transport your appliance, we can help load it on the spot. Just bring straps and blankets for safe transport.

Do you offer installation?

For most appliances, yes—ask us for options and pricing.


Warranty & Returns

Do your appliances come with a warranty?

Yes. Many appliances include a manufacturer warranty and our inhouse warranty covers appliances outside of the manufacturer's warranty. We also offer optional extended warranty plans for extra peace of mind.

What is your return policy?
